204 is on the northern edge of Exeter, within easy walking distance of Exeter University. You can walk into the city centre and there is also a good local bus service. There is safe parking on the road and we can offer limited off road parking. The house is not directly on the road, making it peaceful, but unfortunately we are down steps and therefore it may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Our hilltop position gives good views across the surrounding area. The house is surrounded by gardens and there are several sitting out areas available for our guests.
